Martin Slutsky established ADC in 1965, successfully launching the company from the ground up. His most renowned accomplishment was the invention of the revolutionary 30-pound stack dryer to help coin laundries double drying capabilities, increase sales and save space. The invention of the stack dryer cultivated a profitable standard for the commercial laundry industry still seen today. For those who knew him, Martin Slutsky was a kind and considerate person with high spirits and an honest disposition. It was second nature for him to stroll through the factory, greet every employee with genuine care for each person and their families. He loved singing Broadway show tunes and had a

drive for modernization that was infectious. His dedication to innovation and quality continues to remain the company’s main focus, and for that reason ADC has chosen to pay tribute to his legacy. The award will be presented to the distributor whose partnership is most admired with business practices that exceed customer expectations.
